SUNIL HEAT Mica band heater is a mica insulated heater made out of nickle chrome resistance ribbon precisely wound on specially selected mica or micanite sheet. It is then insulated in metal sheathing and Mica and then rolled to the required diameter. Mica insulated band heaters are specially used to heat the cylinders on all types of plastic machinery. Band heaters can be made in varying diameters and widths. The connection can be of screw terminals, wire leads or pin types. These can be made in two halfs and customized thermocouple holes.
